About the Role

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media, SEO & Website Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and online presence.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities based on customer search intent.
  • Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimised blog articles and website content.
  • Optimise landing pages, blog posts, metadata, headings, and internal linking structures.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, website performance, and SEO metrics using analytics tools.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve search visibility and lead generation.

Website Management (WordPress)

  • Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress.
  • Upload, format, and update website pages, blogs, and digital resources.
  • Ensure website content remains accurate, user-friendly, and SEO optimised.
  • Improve website usability, page speed, layout, and conversion performance.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve the overall user experience.

Content Creation

  • Research industry-related topics and create informative, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
  • Translate complex information into simple, reader-friendly articles.
  • Develop a consistent pipeline of SEO-focused content that supports organic growth.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Produce engaging graphics, short-form videos, and reels.
  • Develop educational and awareness-focused content that builds trust and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Create visual assets using Canva.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Design and distribute email campaigns using Campaign Monitor or similar platforms.
  • Segment audiences and monitor campaign performance.
  • Support lead nurturing and marketing workflows using HubSpot (preferred but not essential).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on SEO, website, social media, and email marketing performance.
  • Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise content, increase engagement, and improve conversions.


What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in SEO and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing WordPress websites.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing assets.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the NDIS, healthcare, disability, aged care, or community services sector.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience creating and editing short-form videos for social media.
